Customization - We offer over 120+ patterns and colors of strap, along with 20+ hardware colors to make your piece show your unique style!
Adjustability - Nobody is identical. Our size ranges allow for all shapes and sizes of human to have the ability to perfectly fit their piece to their body!
Do you offer Leather?
No, we offer a more cost effective and animal free alternative with a similar feel and a few other awesome features that make us unique. We want you to have choices when it comes to your gear!​
All of our products are handmade in the USA
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products,
we do not traditionally offer refunds. If you have an issue with your purchase, please reach out to us and we will make it right!
Are your products pool/water safe?
While we dont recommend extended use in water, our gear is pool/water safe. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE GEAR BE HUNG TO DRY - DO NOT PUT IN DRYER - AIR DRY ONLY.
When will I receive my order?
Strap Up Custom Gear is proud to provide unique handmade quality gear to our customers.
Due to the nature of the customization we offer, we maintain only a small inventory of ready-to-ship products. Custom orders are built by hand for each customer .
Accordingly, our normal turnaround time is 4 - 6 weeks from placing the order to receiving your gear.
Expediting can be done on a case by case basis and will incur a rush fee.
We will do everything we can to get it there as soon as possible!
Care Instructions
OH NO! Get your gear DIRTY?
We recommend a tide stick (or bleach-free alternative) when possible
or.. a mild scent-free detergent and cold water ONLY. A splash of soda water from the bartender can also be a quick remedy. Do not soak. Rinse well. AIR DRY ONLY! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SUBMERGING HARDWARE FOR EXTENDED PERIODS.
